Participation and billing terms
Published October 20, 2026. Day Trading Markets is operated by WS PRIVATE CAPITAL LLC, a New York limited liability company.
Current service and access
DTM provides online trading education. Use your own registration and private joining link. Check the event calendar for each session’s date and time zone. Keep host and attendee links private.
New enrollment and purchases through this website are closed. These informational pages do not change existing customers’ billing agreements, paid access or current event registration. Existing purchase agreements and applicable rights continue to govern those purchases.
Replays depend on availability and your program and access period. Registration does not guarantee a permanent archive. Contact support to resolve access before making another purchase.
Education and trading risk
Educational content only, not personalized investment advice, account management or a promise of results. Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of capital; futures losses can exceed your initial investment. No performance or profit is guaranteed. No trade is required to participate.
Examples may not reflect executable prices, costs, liquidity or your circumstances. Historical outcomes do not establish future outcomes. Make your own decisions and seek appropriately qualified advice when needed.
Billing and cancellation requests
For an existing subscription, charge or cancellation request, contact services@wspcllc.org. Your existing agreement governs cancellation and refunds. This page creates no new no-refund rule or automatic renewal.
If a payment’s status is uncertain, ask us to check the existing attempt before trying again. Do not send card details. New purchase terms, total price and applicable taxes must be disclosed before payment is enabled.
Mentoring cancellation and rescheduling
These terms apply to new mentoring purchases when booking opens. They do not alter existing room subscriptions. Payments through this website are currently closed.
- Request cancellation or rescheduling through DTM support at least 24 hours before a session. With timely notice, move the session without a rescheduling fee, subject to Saul's availability.
- Cancel a single-session purchase at least 24 hours before its start for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows count as used sessions, subject to the exceptions below.
- Cancel the package before its first session with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund. Once it begins, unused sessions are refundable at the package allocation of $493.75 per two-hour session. Delivered sessions and late-cancelled/no-show sessions count as used; do not reprice delivered sessions at the hourly rate.
- Four weeks begins on the agreed first-session date. Timely rescheduling may extend completion up to 14 days beyond that period by agreement. DTM-caused delays extend the completion period without penalty. DTM must offer reasonable availability before treating a session as expired; unresolved unused-session refunds follow the allocation above.
- If Saul or DTM cancels, offer a replacement time or refund for that session. If DTM cannot provide the remaining package, refund the unused portion. No charge for a provider-caused failed session.
- Client lateness does not extend the booked end time. DTM reviews emergencies and material technical failures individually and may waive late-cancellation consequences.
- Requests go to the confirmed DTM support contact. Approved refunds return through the original payment method; provider processing times apply. No guaranteed bank posting date is promised.
- Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. These rules concern mentoring only; cancelling mentoring does not cancel room membership or change its verified paid-through date.
Participation and communication
Be respectful and keep questions relevant. Do not post sensitive information, impersonate educators, solicit attendees, harass participants or redistribute restricted session material. Read our recording and AI notice before participating. Contact support for accessibility or participation concerns.
