These pages have no account form, payment form, advertising pixel or third-party script. Render hosts the pages and processes web requests, which can include technical information such as IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the service. Clicking an email link opens your email service; the information you send is included in your message.

External services have their own privacy notices and account controls. This website notice does not replace the notices shown when you use Zoom, PayPal, Stripe, Bonsai or a separately identified DTM test service.

Information used for DTM services

Registration and support can involve your name, email address, correspondence, participation records and access information. Billing reconciliation uses payment-provider references, payment status and relevant billing dates. We use these records to provide access, respond to requests, reconcile billing and investigate service problems.

Member email verification and consent are separate from registration and payment eligibility. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full card details or brokerage credentials. Payment providers process payment information through their own interfaces.

DTM uses service providers for hosting and member records, email delivery, event participation and coaching administration. These include Render, AgentMail, Zoom and Bonsai for the corresponding services; existing billing uses PayPal, and Stripe setup is being prepared. A provider connection does not mean every provider receives every category of information. Service providers may process information outside your location under their own terms and notices.

Recordings, transcription and AI

Sessions may be recorded and may use transcription or AI-assisted summaries. Your name and contributions through audio, video, screen sharing, chat or questions may be included depending on session settings. Review the session notices and Zoom prompts before participating, and avoid sharing sensitive information.

AI-generated summaries can contain errors. Contact DTM before participating if you need information about a session’s recording, summary recipients or participation alternatives. Remaining muted does not necessarily exclude your name or written contributions from records.

Attendance is not treated as permission for public promotional reuse of an identifiable contribution. Such reuse requires a separate permission and rights review.

Communication choices

Service messages concern account verification, registration, access, support or billing. Optional marketing choices are separate. Event registration or following a hub is not blanket consent for DTM promotional email or SMS. There is no marketing subscription form on these pages.

Your requests and retained records

Contact support to request access, correction or deletion, ask about a specific record’s retention, or discuss communication preferences. We may need to verify identity before acting. Requests are assessed against applicable rights and obligations, including billing, dispute and recordkeeping requirements. Deleting a Zoom registration does not automatically delete DTM or payment-provider records.

This notice does not promise a fixed deletion deadline, a particular storage country or immediate erasure of provider records. Ask us about the specific service and records involved so that we can investigate your request.
